wsl2 and systemd

I finally found how to install WSL2 with systemd and enable outgoing connections outside windows.

I don't want to write a tutorial about it because github people and youtube explain better. This post is made for share my long hard work of research.

1. please dont forget to enable built-in proxy and then , restarting your computer when scheduled task is done

2. don't forget wsl 1 dont works with systemd, always remember to wsl --set-default-version 2 and wsl --set-version Distrod 2
